Camp Aftermath raised over $2500 this weekend!
All funds raised will be used to enroll veterans and first responders in our one year, three-phase program.
On 7 June 2019, The Grounded Man teamed up Iron North Studio and hosted Camp Aftermath’s first Father’s Day Fitness Day fundraiser. The day was filled with smiles and sweat as we fulfilled our mission to ride, lift and stretch to support military veterans and first responders. We are grateful to all those who participated and to our donors SuzyQ Doughnuts, Pure Kitchen Ottawa, Mill St. Brewery and Flow Water which provided much-needed nutrition and hydration for this amazing event.
On 8 June, Camp Aftermath held its first Harry Potter Trivia night fundraiser at the Arrow and Loon Pup in Ottawa. Potterheads came out in full force as we sold out all tickets. Over 90 people attended this fun-filled event and three lucky teams walked away with a total of over $200 worth of prizes. A big thanks to all those who attended and of course our amazing volunteers who organized the event.
Stay tuned for more fun events in July including Camp Aftermath’s first golf tournament The Office trivia night. You can keep up to date on all our events by checking out www.campaftermath.org/events or by following us on our social media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

How you can help
There are currently many amazing programs that focus on helping veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD. If you believe in our cause, please help us make a difference in the live of five military veterans and first responders slated to experience our three-phased program in early 2019. You can donate to our campaign on Canada Helps.
